Love these 3 moves to get the heart pumping and the muscles talking:
1) alternate heels-elevated kettlebell squat with Romanian deadlifts + explosive two-arm clean (I used a 35lb kettlebell)
2) TRX jump squats
3) alternate single-arm elevated pushups
